So, you're ready to buy a home! There
are several factors for you to consider as in location, price, size,
number of bedrooms and baths, general community, schools, etc. Your
Sales Associate can assist you with the entire process, and has access
to all the data necessary to assist you in your decision.
Your Sales Associate will have extensive knowledge of the community
you're interested in, and will have all the information available
through the Multiple Listing Service to research all the available
properties that you might be interested in. If you located a property
yourself, by seeing a property sign, or have found it on the internet,
let your Sales Associate know so he/she can arrange a showing for you.
As you view different properties, your criteria may change. Open and
direct communication with your Associate is a key element of a
successful property search.
